ARMADILLO DISTRICT ROUNDTABLE
ROUNDTABLE AGENDA
(01/14/10 - 7:00 p.m. at St. Martin's Church)
Our opening Roundtable for the New Year in January starts at 7:00 p.m. but food and fellowship will be available beginning at 6:30 p.m. We will continue to meet at St. Martin's on the corner of 15th and Rio Grande Streets in the first large room past the double doors.
Those interested in helping plan the District Camporee in March should plan to attend a 6 pm meeting in the church parlor.
Roundtable will focus on preparing for the coming year with discussions on courses offered at the Philmont Training Center in New Mexico as well as more immediate concerns such as rechartering, Webelos crossovers, and unit fundamentals.

We will start with a list of announcements to inform all the Scouters and their units of upcoming events, so we hope each unit will send a representative to learn about important dates for scouting functions for this new year. After the announcements, we will divide the meeting into Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and recharter breakout sessions.
We hope that every unit will bring their signed, completed recharter paperwork to Roundtable and submit it along with funds to complete that process. Commissioners will be available to help any units that have questions.
Cub Scouts will discuss ideas for Webelos crossover as well as have a presentation on Cub specific training at Philmont. As always, we are there to help units answer any questions and problem solve. Boy Scouts will hear about Boy Scout specific training at Philmont along with the usual discussions about upcoming events and unit fundamentals.
We would appreciate a representative of every unit in the Armadillo District to attend Roundtable. Anyone who has ordered a name badge from Barry Streusand can pick it up at this meeting.
